Energy Balls

RECIPE:

Serving Suggestion: 20 Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup ground hemp seeds

1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used the dairy free kind) and/or raisins

1/3 cup honey or agave nectar

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and more for sprinkling

Directions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed
  2. Cover and let balls chill in the refrigerator for half an hour
  3. Once chilled, roll into balls about 1″ in diameter
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  5. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze
